Hello everyone,
Let me start by saying THANK YOU to everyone who has given feedback about our podcast episodes over the last few weeks. We’ve gotten some great input, and I look forward to more opportunities to sit down and have conversations like this with leaders in our congregation and in our community.
Throughout the series, we’ve explored themes of hope, humility, love, and integrity, inspired by the book “Turning Ourselves Inside Out”. Our goal was to dive deeper into the rich content of the book, addressing aspects that might not have made it into our Sunday sermons.
In this week’s conversation, we focused on the importance of integrity—knowing who we are as a congregation and actively being who we are.
We highlight the significance of recognizing God's presence, and we touch on the concept of "presencing," sensing and living out the reality of God's work in our lives. Watch the full conversation here Integrity Holds It All Together - YouTube
If you haven't already, consider ordering your own copy of "Turning Ourselves Inside Out." and take some time to reflect on our reading of Romans 12.
As we continue this series, let's strive for a deeper understanding of who we are as a church and actively live out our mission. If you’d like to help us really hone in on who we are as a church community fill out this short survey about our proposed mission statement.
Take good care,
Marty (he, him)
